omegablast2002@yahoo.com a3848e06f4 fix for that stupid bug where cards get added randomly while quickly going through your collection by pressing cards quickly. 
basically if the last tap was less then .05 don't automatically register it as "addremovecard".

modified buttons for touch interfaces. The help screen has been modified to have all PSP button information removed. The layout of the buttons have been moved as has the size of the buttons.

More VS 2010 solution files. The props file is required; the filter is a nice to have (ie, the solution file organization is broken out into a separate file now in 2010, whereas it used to be embedded in each vcproj file).
