Fixes in GameObserver serialization/deserialization code
Fixes in JNetwork and JSocket on windows
Various code cleanup (currentGamePhase access in particular)
Updated GUI code to re-enable a basic network GUI
Activated threaded tests on Windows. It uses 4 threads by default.
