Declaring a TraceRecord on the stack works fine. No need for a
uint8_t array and pointer aliasing.

The TraceRecordHeader is really the header for the entire trace log
file. It's not per-record header so make this obvious by renaming it.

Existing simpletrace backend allows to trace at max 6 args and does not
support strings. This newer tracelog format gets rid of fixed size records
and therefore allows to trace variable number of args including strings.
Sample trace with strings:
v9fs_version 0.000 tag=0xffff id=0x64 msize=0x2000 version=9P2000.L
v9fs_version_return 6.705 tag=0xffff id=0x64 msize=0x2000 version=9P2000.L

Going forward with simpletrace v2 variable size trace records, we cannot
have a generic function to print trace event info and therefore this
interface becomes invalid.
As per Stefan Hajnoczi:
"This command is only available from the human monitor. It's not very
useful because it historically hasn't been able to pretty-print events
or show them in the right order (we use a ringbuffer but it prints
them out from index 0).
Therefore, I don't think we're under any obligation to keep this
command around. No one has complained about it's limitations - I
think this is a sign that no one has used it. I'd be okay with a
patch that removes it."

Currently, we just print the numerical value of 9p operation identifier in
case of RERROR which is less meaningful for readability. Mapping 9p
operation ids to symbolic names provides a better tracelog:
RERROR (tag = 1 , id = TWALK , err = " No such file or directory ")
RERROR (tag = 1 , id = TUNLINKAT , err = " Directory not empty ")
This patch provides a dictionary of all possible 9p operation symbols mapped
to their numerical identifiers which are likely to be used in future at
various places in this script.

Use QLIST_INSERT_HEAD_RCU and rcu_read_lock/unlock instead of rwlocks.
Use v9fs_synth_mutex as a write-only mutex to handle concurrent writers.

SynthFS needs a QLIST_INSERT_HEAD_RCU to make sure list instructions are not
re-ordered and therefore avoiding a crash. There may be parallel readers which
should be allowed for lock-free access and this variant allows us to get rid
of rwlocks used by readers.
SynthFS is a special case where we dont really need full RCU capabilities as
it doesnt allow list entry deletion but concurrent readers/writers and
instruction re-ordering should not result in a crash.
Also, once the real rcu is available, dummy rcu macro definitions will go away
and the code will still work as expected.
This patchwork is based on inputs from Paolo Bonzini.

Plan is to replace the existing debug infrastructure with Qemu tracing
infrastructure so that user can dynamically enable/disable trace events and
therefore a meaningful trace log can be generated which can be further
filtered using an analysis script.
Note: Because of current simpletrace limitations, the trace events are
logging at max 6 args, however, once the more args are supported, we can
change trace events to log more info as well. Also, This initial patch only
provides a replacement for existing debug infra. More trace events to be
added later for newly added handlers and sub-routines.

This patch use file system specific ioctl for getting i_generation
value. Not all file system support the ioctl. So we add an export
specific extended operation and assign right callback for the
file system that support i_generation ioctl
["M. Mohan Kumar" <mohan@in.ibm.com> we can do ioctl only for
