On ARM, don't map the code buffer at a fixed location, and fix up the
call/goto tcg routines to let it do long jumps.
Mapping the code buffer at a fixed address could sometimes result in it being
mapped over the top of the heap with pretty random results.

linux-user: Implement new ARM 64 bit cmpxchg kernel helper
Linux 3.1 will have a new kernel-page helper for ARM implementing
64 bit cmpxchg. Implement this helper in QEMU linux-user mode:
* Provide kernel helper emulation for 64bit cmpxchg
* Allow guest to object to guest offset to ensure it can map a page
* Populate page with kernel helper version

QEmu throws an error saying that we've run off the end, and leaves
itself in the wrong state.
Tested on ARM Vexpress model.
