SysBusDeviceClass' initfn merely calls SysBusDeviceClass::init, so we
can already hook up our own realizefn overwriting this behavior.
A symmetric unrealizefn is not necessary, knowing that the child's
unrealizefn is still no-op, too. Avoids ripping it out again when
recursive realization at DeviceState-level is implemented.

SysBus EHCI was introduced in a hurry before 1.3 Soft Freeze.
To use QOM casts in place of DO_UPCAST() / FROM_SYSBUS(), we need an
identifying type. Introduce generic abstract base types for PCI and
SysBus EHCI to allow multiple types to access the shared fields.
While at it, move the state structs being amended with macros to the
header file so that they can be embedded.
The VMSTATE_PCI_DEVICE() macro does not play nice with the QOM
parent_obj naming convention, so defer that cleanup.

The preceding commits fixed misuses of FROM_SYSBUS() that led people to
add a bogus busdev field. For qdev the field order was less relevant but
for QOM the PCIHostState field (including the SysBusDevice actually
initialized with a value) must be placed first within the state struct.
To facilitate accessing the PCIHostState fields, derive all PCI host
bridges from TYPE_PCI_HOST_BRIDGE rather than TYPE_SYS_BUS_DEVICE.
We can now access PCIHostState QOM-style, with PCI_HOST_BRIDGE() macro.

BeOS and Haiku on i386 use long for 32-bit types, including pid_t.
Using %d with pid_t therefore results in a warning.
Unfortunately POSIX:2008 does not define a PRId* string for pid_t.
In some places pid_t was previously casted to long and %ld hardcoded.
The predecessor of this patch added another upcast for the simpletrace

Since new uses of pid_t with %d keep creeping in, let's instead define

The original SoftFloat 2.0b library avoided the use of custom integer types
in its public headers. This requires the definitions of int{8,16,32,64} to
match the assumptions in the declarations. This breaks on BeOS R5 and Haiku/x86,
where int32 is defined in {be,os}/support/SupportDefs.h in terms of a long
rather than an int. Spotted by Michael Lotz.
Since QEMU already breaks this distinction by defining those types just above,
