Jeck - Added theme substyles, which are chosen dynamically based on the player's deck composition. Also added lazy unit test for booster packs, though there should be a better way to framework this.

Jeck - This commit does not actually change any graphics files (or at least, it shouldn't.). What it does do is strip all the EXIF data from these files, saving us around 20%... of the 1MB used by graphics. Minor, but should save bandwidth in the long run.
