Psyringe - fixed 3 cards:

Crosswinds (USG) - wrong manacost, also copy/pasted to the wrong position in the file
Akroma's Blessing (ONS) - cycling was in an auto= rule instead of an autohand= rule
Riptide Crab (INV) - was missing vigilance
