1) Added several successfully tested cards based on the fact that "<1" now seems to work completely for any permanents.

2) Fixed issue422.

3) Optimized 3 cards:

Covetous Dragon
Emperor Crocodile
Tethered Griffin


All additions and changes don't cause test suite to crash.

Will also add some tests in the next few days.
