Bug fixes, Adapt, Mentor, and Amass Orcs macros

I added a condition to energy activation to prevent the AI from hanging, trimmed excessive '9s' in 'infinite' conditions, fixed the Adapt, Mentor, and Amass Orcs macros, and implemented mercenary token macros.
