Subject: [PATCH] Added deck23 - Selesnya. It's quite cool and a blast to play
 against =D I am not sure whether the AI is able to use Selesnya Guildmage and
 Knight of the Skyward Eye correctly, though. Would love to hear feedback
 about that.
